Ok…I guess this makes it official.  I am now the proud owner of a brand new blog that is at the moment 100% dedicated to the art of charcuterie…not to be confused with debauchery that which I am well versed.  This blog will serve the purpose of sharing my exploration through the book titled, Charcuterie, by Michael Ruhlman and Brian Polcyn.  After watching the movie, Julie Julia, I was inspired to create every recipe in my favorite cookbook  while blogging the entire experience.  I couldn’t be more excited to begin and will keep you tuned in once I embark upon the journey of celebrating the pig and all of it’s wonderful goodness!
